This Consultation Paper (CP) focuses on a framework for a CT for bonds, including the criteria for how a consolidated tape provider would operate and the tender process. This CP will also be of relevance to those firms trading equities and ETFs as Chapter 8 is a discussion paper which seeks feedback and asks specific questions relating to a framework for an equities/ETF CT.
