Change the Race Ratio

Change the Race Ratio is a business led campaign which was launched last Autumn to champion the Parker Review targets and seeks to accelerate racial and ethnic diversity in boardrooms and leadership teams in British businesses. The campaign has been founded in partnership with leading businesses such as Aviva, CBI, Deloitte, EY, Schroders, The Investment Association and Unilever. Since our launch it has welcomed just under 100 businesses, as signatories, including BP, Diageo, ITV, Sainsbury’s, Hermes Federated and HSBC Asset Management.

This webinar will allow IA members to understand more about the Change the Race Ratio including the aims of the campaign, the four commitments which signatories commit to and how the campaign is building a network of businesses seeking to improve the ethnic and racial diversity in their organisations. IA members will share their perspectives on why they have become a signatory and how they are considering ethnic diversity of investee companies.
