The IA Innovation & Operations Unit focuses on policy relating to the implementation of new tech in the sector - such as AI, DLT and tokenisation - and maximising the opportunities of transformation with developments such as central bank digital currency, open finance and digital assets.
The Unit also supports members with operational and cyber resilience and in operational modernisation away from legacy manual processing.
