IA Viewpoint with Clare Cole, FCA

We are delighted to welcome the Financial Conduct Authority’s Director of Market Oversight, Clare Cole, for a webinar with IA members.
Clare leads the Market Oversight Directorate at the FCA, responsible for overseeing the conduct of participants in the primary and secondary markets through the listing, prospectus and market abuse regimes. In addition, Clare is a champion of social mobility at the FCA.

Through her role, Clare is leading the FCA’s response to the recently published Lord Hill Review, focusing on ensuring competitiveness and fairness in UK markets.

This webinar will present members an opportunity to hear from Clare directly, as the FCA works on establishing its view of how the UK listings environment remains competitive, attractive for companies, and working in the interests of all participants and stakeholders.
