Final response to consultation papers on diversity and inclusion

The IA has issued its final response to CP23/20 and CP18/23.

In working with members, we have drafted our final response, available here.

There are three guiding principles that we considered in relation to these proposals:

1. The focus should be on outcomes rather than a prescriptive approach;

2. Data should only be collected to fulfil a clear and defined purpose; and

3. Any measures should be able to be implemented in a proportionate and effective way.
