IA launches Second Annual Equity, Diverisity & Inclusion Data Survey

Following the success of our 2023 industry-wide data report on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the UK investment management sector, the Investment Association (IA), in partnership with WTW’s Thinking Ahead Institute, is undertaking this important survey for the second year. Last year, we received responses from firms representing 75% of UK AUM, providing invaluable insights into the demographic makeup of our industry.

The availability of clear and consistent industry-wide data is crucial for establishing a benchmark that supports firms in their efforts to create inclusive work environments that attract and retain a diverse workforce. This year's survey will continue to offer an evidence-based understanding of the EDI landscape in the UK investment management industry, helping to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

The deadline for completing the survey is 9 July and our findings will be published in a report that will be launched at the IA Culture & Inclusion Conference on 21 November.
