The unexpected outbreak of COVID-19 is having a significant impact on firms’ operational resilience in a variety of ways. Many have responded to the initial crisis but are facing extended disruption and ‘crisis mode’ for an indefinite period of time as the pandemic unfolds across the globe. This webinar provided real-time views on why and how organisations need to execute now, and prepare for the next and beyond as a result of COVID-19 challenges. This webinar was recorded in partnership with EY, who shared perspectives on how organisations are:

  • Learning from the immediate operational resilience challenges linked to COVID-19
  • Planning for sustaining their response over the short to medium term
  • Considering their exit strategy from their response and recovery mode, and returning to ‘normal’ operations
  • Learning from COVID-19 and enhancing their approach to operational resilience, to better prepare for severe but plausible scenarios
