In April 2025, the IA consulted on proposed amendments to the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) for the Financial Statements of Authorised Funds. The proposals reflected changes made to UK accounting standards and other improvements.

Following public consultation, a revised SORP was issued in October 2025.
